My approach
My sessions are intuitive and individual. I draw on my training in traditional Reiki and Tibetan singing bowl therapy, while letting the session unfold around you and what you’d like to explore. There’s no set agenda and no promised experience—just space to rest, reconnect and notice what comes up. If you’d like, we can talk through any insights afterwards and finish with an oracle card pull.

Reiki healing
I blend traditional Reiki with intuitive insights and grounding practices. Each session is different and guided by what feels relevant to you, with time to settle in, share an intention and talk afterwards if you’d like

Sound healing
Sound offers a chance to slow down, settle and make room for rest and reflection. Steph works intuitively with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, handpan, drums and chimes, choosing instruments to suit the session.
One-to-one sound healing
A personalised session with seven Tibetan singing bowls arranged around the body in alignment with the chakras. Bowls may also be placed on the body with your consent.
Group sound experiences
Sound baths, Himalayan sound meditation, new moon and full moon sessions, and chakra-focused experiences. Sessions can be tailored to the venue, group and occasion.
Combined Reiki and sound healing
Reiki and sound can be woven together for individual or group sessions, guided by the format and intentions for the experience.

Intuitive tarot and oracle readings
Tarot was Steph’s first way into intuition. She uses the cards to explore current themes, possibilities and questions—not to prescribe a fixed future. The reading is a space to reflect, find perspective and notice what feels meaningful to you.
Online sessions include around 30 minutes of preparation, followed by a live video reading with the cards shared on screen. Steph can also explore numerology themes, including your Life Path Number and numerology grid.
